    All my dear STACT Club members~~~ How can you all never join a camp in Inti?? Smile
    Youth Camp 5 is a chance to let you have fun in Inti. If you had join any camp in Inti before, here is another chance to let you have fun again!!!
    Therefore, come and join us right now!!! Laughing

    Youth Camp 5 is a camp organized by 14th INTIMA’s STACT Club for high school form 4 and form 5 students. It is a three-day-two-night-camp. During these 3 days, we will prepare some activities to let them identify with their future plan like which field they are interested in and what are their specialties. In our programmes, we will also focus on developing their soft skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork and creativity. The objectives of Youth Camp 5 are as below:

    1. To motivate participants concentrate on their studies.
    2. To let participants experience university life.
    3. To develop their soft skills.
    4. To bring up discipline of participants through activities.
    5. To help them figuring out their future plan.

    We plan to invite students from the following 9 schools to take part in this camp, namely SMK Aminuddin Baki Chemor, Foon Yew High School, Foon Yew High School Kulai, Chong Hwa High School in Kluang, Chung Hua High School Seremban, SM ST Paul Seremban, SMJK Chan Wa Seremban and PD Chung Hua Middle School.


    This camp will be held on 18~20 June 2010. Except our objectives, this camp's another target is to let those secondary school's student experience how fun is the campus life. Therefore, they will concentrate in study in order to fight for a better university. Throughout the camp, we will prepare a lot of activities which are very fun to make it be a fun camp. Smile

    This Tuesday(26th Jan) 7.45pm is our 1st general meeting at SC-1-15. SC-1-15 is beside the SAO office. Before you cross the bridge from Student Center to academic block, you can see SAO office at your right hand side. Anyone who interested in this camp please leave a message here and come for the meeting to choose which post you interested. You are welcome to contact us also. Cool

    Job Description

    Secretary: 2 persons
    1.Prepare minutes for every meeting.
    2.Prepare and submit memo.
    3.Prepare and deliver invitation cards for the VIPs.
    4.Book bus.
    5.Prepare registration forms for the participants.
    6.Prepare certificates for the committee members, facilitators and helpers.
    7.Prepare event review.

    Treasurer: 1 person
    1.Set budget for every position.
    2.Monitor the usage of fund for every post.
    3.Collect receipts.
    4.Prepare event accounts.
    5.Prepare receipt book.

    Program Master: 8 persons
    1.Create a theme for the camp.
    2.Select theme song and slogans for the camp.
    3.Prepare program flow.
    4.Design games and activities.
    5.Be the host of the camp.
    6.Set rules and regulations for the camp.

    Sponsorship: 4 persons
    1.Search for cash and meal sponsors.
    2.Prepare souvenirs for VIPs and performance.

    Public Relation: 4 persons
    1.Contact targeted secondary schools.
    2.Publicize the camp in those secondary schools.
    3.Send and collect registration form from the secondary schools.
    4.Update information with the schools regularly.
    5.Prepare souvenirs for participants in the camp.
    6.Set road plan for the secondary schools.

    Design Coordinator: 5 persons
    1.Design logo of the camp.
    2.Design posters, flyers for publicizing the event in INTI and secondary schools.
    3.Design camp shirt.
    4.Design the booklet for committee members, facilitators and helpers.
    5.Design the board of food sales.

    Welfare: 4 persons
    1.Confirm accommodation venues.
    2.Collect mattress, pillows and blankets from Accommodation Office.
    3.Take charge of all the food ordering or cooking.
    4.Design menu for every meal.
    5.Prepare ingredients and utensils needed.
    6.Decide the seating of participants and committee members for the meals.
    7.Ensure cleanliness of the place after every meal.
    8.In charge food sales.

    General Affair: 2 persons
    1.Decorate the main hall during the camp.
    2.Prepare every thing at the places which will be used by program master.
    3.Prepare all the songs, music and video/slideshows needed.
    4.Make a video/slideshow for showing.
    5.Take photos during the meetings, preparations and during the camp.
    6.Combine all the photos and videos.
    7.Prepare all the things which will be used by every post.

    yup..i'm shin yee...sat n sunday i have free in afternoon..i not clever about design software but i very interested it..can i be design coordinator?

    Of cause you can be the design coordinator~^^
    then i will find you to have a short discussion and tell you what should you do. after i confirm the date and time, i will sms you~ wait for my sms ya Smile

    is ok that you don't know how to use design software. we will teach you how to use those software when we use it, so no need to worry about that. Very Happy

    Food Sale (youth camp 5)

    Food Sale of Youth Camp 5 is around the corner. The details are as the following:

    Venue: Bakery Concourse
    Time: 10.00a.m. to 4.00pm
    Date: 1st Mac til 5th Mac (monday to friday)


    The food that will be sold are as follow:
    (a)puding (tuesday, thurday and friday)
    (b)egg tart (monday and wednesday)
    (c) Jelly (agar-agar) (wednesday)
    (d)muffin (monday til friday)
    (e)fruits ( guava, watermelon, and honey dew) (monday til friday)
    (f)cakes (monday til thursday)

    There are insufficent of people to "look after" for the booth. If there is any free time, we will like to welcome the General Committee of STACT Club to lend a helping hand.
