    The Idol 2010 is an event organize by 14th INTIMA'S STACT Club for all INTI students.It is an singing competition that can let students to show their talent and their desire in performing.

    Besides that, we have decide to organize this event with ICSJ, in order to improve the relationship between NILAI INTI UC STACT Club and SUBANG JAYA INTI UC STACT Club.cheers

    The Idol 2010 Job Description

    1) Secretary: 2 person
    a) Prepare minutes and notice
    b) Help to book board, room etc
    b) Send memo for borrowing material for audition

    2) Treasurer: 2 person
    a) Record all revenue and expenses clearly
    b) Make sure to keep receipts for bought items
    c) Prepare the account statement for event review
    d) Calculate the sales after the counter close

    3) Program Master: 8 person
    We have 3 groups in this post (PA, Quarter Master and security)
    a)look for performance, artist, MC, contestants and judge.
    b)responsible for rules and regulation, program flow, lucky draw, winner guessing, voting system, audition, mini concert, and rehearsal.
    c )In change of the program running of the night

    PA system and lightning
    a)Confirm the CD need for contestants
    b)Look for PA system and lighting company
    c)Design for the flash playing in the night

    Quarter Master
    a)List out all the things that program master and other post needed, help them to borrow those things they need.
    b)Assist program master to become stage crew during audition, mini-concert and The Idol night.

    a)Responsible for the safety of the whole event
    b)Protect VIP and artist at The Idol night
    c)Responsible for guard of the entrance and ‘no-entry’ place.
    d)Arrange for transportation and accommodation for outside performers and artist if necessary.

    4) Contestant Coordinator (2 person)
    a)Look for contestant
    b)Contact contestant
    c)Become the middle man between organizing committee and contestants
    d)Responsible for the ‘packing’, styling, hairdo and clothing of the contestant

    5) Counter Coordinator (2 person)
    a) Help to distribute fliers of the event
    b) Open counter for registration and ticket selling
    c) Arrange schedule for the counter

    6) Publicity (6 person)
    a) Design for attracting contestant, audience and winner guessing.
    b) Design board, banner and poster for attracting contestant and audience
    c) Design logo theme and name card for committees
    d) Booklet and T-shirt design

    7) Hall Master (4 person)
    a) Hall decoration for audition and final
    b) Decorate the whole MPH in The Idol night
    c) Responsible for the seat of MPH (VIP & sponsor)
    d) Design and decorate the entrance (night)

    Cool Sponsorship (6 person)

    'in’ group
    a)Looking for charity sales product
    b)Raise cash fund for the event
    c)In charge the schedule of duty during the sales

    ‘out’ group
    a)Obtain sponsorship letter and look for sponsor
    b)Look for door gift to attract audience
    c)Assist program master look for outside performance and artist
    d)Sell voting ticket during final

    The theme for The Idol 2010 is called The 'I' Factor.
    1st and 2nd Audition will be on 9 of may and 16 of may.
    Final will be on 17 of July.
    Others information cant give you all first as many things still not yet confirm.

    I notice that the date for 1st and 2nd audition is Sunday and for final is Saturday..

    that is sure a mistake.. on the 1st n 2nd audition, it is sem break for diploma student.. pls check it out..
